Terms & Conditions – Web Development & Digital Marketing Services

1. Payment Terms:
1.1 A non-refundable deposit of 70% is required before the commencement of any project.

1.2 The remaining 30% is due upon completion of the project and before the delivery of final files or deployment of digital assets.

2. Project Scope:
2.1 The scope of the project will be defined in the proposal. Any additional work requested by the client outside the agreed scope will be subject to additional charges.

2.2 The client will be notified of any additional costs associated with extra work before it is initiated.

3. Refund Policy:
3.1 All payments, including the initial 70% deposit, are non-refundable.

3.2 In the event of project cancellation by the client, any work completed up to that point will be billed and must be paid for in full.

4. Project Timelines:
4.1 Project timelines are estimates and subject to change based on the complexity of the project and client responsiveness.

4.2 Delays caused by the client, including but not limited to delayed feedback or content provision, may extend project timelines.

5. Client Responsibilities:
5.1 The client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and approvals on time to ensure the project stays on schedule.

5.2 Failure to provide required information or approvals within a reasonable timeframe may result in project delays.

6. Ownership and Rights:
6.1 Upon full payment, the client will own the final delivered work, excluding any third-party materials used in the project.

6.2 Until full payment is received, all materials and assets produced remain the intellectual property of the web development & digital marketing agency.

7. Confidentiality:
7.1 Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the project.

8. Termination:
8.1 Either party may terminate the agreement in the event of a material breach by the other party.

8.2 In the event of termination, the client is still responsible for payment of any work completed up to that point.

By engaging in our web development and digital marketing services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions. These terms may be subject to change, and any modifications will be communicated to the client in writing.
